Experience Narrative:

At work in the office, I will stand up with my cup and ask my colleagues if anyone would like a drink. I will make a note on a post stick so I don't forget what people want. I will make the drinks in the kitchen and bring them back on a tray, I can do a couple of trips if I don't feel I can hold all the drinks safely.

Belief to be tested:

They will all say "No" I am rejectable, unlikeable

Alternative Perspective:

They might say "No" but they might also say "yes" This doesn't mean I'm rejectable or unlikeable

Safety Behaviours to drop:

quiet voice, looking away when I ask them, rushing to do the task, or taking too long

Client reflections:

I made drinks for a couple of people today and nothing bad happened

Practitioner reflections:

Improvements noticed in this lady's confidence at work, feeling more connected with people.
