During gym class, you feel nervous that exercise might make you feel nauseous

“If I get too active, I will vomit.”

Alternative Perspective:

“Physical activity is healthy, and feeling a bit tired or warm doesn't mean I'll be sick.”

Safety Behaviours to drop:

Avoiding participation in physical activities. Constantly checking how your stomach feels during exercise. Stopping activity at the first sign of discomfort.
